There are 937 specialists, 721 general practitioners and 359 dentists in terms of health personnel in the province. There are 1.583 persons per specialist. Hatay ranks 46th in the mentioned indicator in Turkey.
As current indicators demonstrate, Hatay seems to be a potential market for persons, who want to make an investment in the health sector, especially as a hospital, in terms of population and demand in the sector.
