There are about 1500 companies in the woodworking sector in Antakya. These companies perform work, mostly requiring expertise and handicraft.

Hatay is the leader in the production of small household furniture and accessories in Turkey.

Mostly in economic grade, all types of suites for living and guestrooms are produced in our province. In addition to this, sofa beds which can be used as both sofas and beds, furniture for dining rooms and bedrooms, classic furniture and hotel rooms are produced and sold domestically and abroad.

Number of factories, engaged in the production of wooden doors and windows is increasing every day in the province.
